Quick and Easy

When I started to investigate SalesNexus, I knew immediately that the interface was designed by a sales person.  The interface was very intuitive and that is what drew me to SalesNexus initially.  As my colleagues and I continued to explore and ask questions about the capabilities of the CRM we not only realized SalesNexus would do everything we needed it to, it gave us additional ideas and the ability to go beyond our initial planned usage of the system.  Uploading our contacts was a much easier process than we had anticipated (we had over 10,000 contacts) and the team at SalesNexus worked tirelessly with us to customize the interface, creating search fields and processes unique to our business.  The support staff always gives us prompt and courteous service when we have questions or need assistance.    SalesNexus does not treat training and set up as a profit center and that was very important to us as a small publishing business. We were able to get up and running without additional charges outside of the initial set up fee.  Overall the price, as compared to the other CRM’s is a good value.  I would recommend SalesNexus to any organization that needs a flexible, powerful and reasonably priced solution to their CRM needs.
