Automatically Capture and Archive Emails!

All emails that are sent to and received from your contacts are automatically saved to the appropriate contact record. Then just open that email with Outlook or other email programs.

Once the email is open in the archive, it can even be forwarded or plied to! This saves valuable time searching the inbox for an email that just can’t seem to be located.

Using email archival, all emails exchanged by a team member using SalesNexus can immediately be pulled up. This allows for all members of a sales team to keep up with the records on a prospect and step in if the main salesperson is unavailable to follow up.

How does it work?

The way email capture and archival works is through a dedicated email account for email capture that you set upis set up for the use of our technicians. Every time the salesperson sends out an email, a copy of the email is sent to the arbitrary email account which forwards the email into the SalesNexus database. When an email is received by the salesperson, a copy of that email is forwarded to the dedicated email account which again forwards it into the database.

When setting up email capture, SalesNexus will be responsible for configuring our system to pull emails from the dedicated email account and put them into the database.
