Guarantee Process and Stipulations

SalesNexus has developed a plan that can guarantee you a 50% ROI in the first year you use the software. In order for the guarantee to take effect, you must follow this process and keep within some guidelines as follows:

  1. Purchase a Professional or Complete subscription to SalesNexus
  2. Complete all the steps outlined in the Self Guided Quick Start -OR- purchase a Premium Quick Start and complete the steps in the Self Guided Quick Start that still need to be completed.  Documentation of the following must be provided to SalesNexus:
    • Basic New User Training – All users must attend the Basic New User Training within 15 days of purchase.
    • Admin Training – All Admins must attend Admin Training withing 15 days of purchase.
    • Customize your database by adding fields within 30 days (if no Premium Quick Start purchased)
    • Import Contacts within 30 days (if no Premium Quick Start purchased)
  3. Designate fields in the SalesNexus system to separate contacts as Leads, Qualified Leads, Prospects and Clients.
  4. Within the first month of service, provide SalesNexus with a snapshot of the previous 12 months financials including sales totals, number of sales people and overall profit.
  5. After 6 months of service, you must provide SalesNexus with an updated snapshot of your financials.
  6. If, after 6 months, there is a lack of progress, your sales team must participate in a training session and implement the suggestions given.
  7. Each of your sales people must use SalesNexus an average of 4 hours a week.
  8. If a refund is warranted, you must provide an updated snapshot of your financials after 12 months but before the 13th month that shows lack of progress equaling 50% ROI.
