All PRO Subscriptions include import of one ACT! database or one Excel file, as described below, as a part of the implementation process, at no additional charge.

Subsequent, data importation may be done by Client through CSV files, anytime at no charge.

ACT Import (no charge for 1st import, $250 per database for subsequent database imports)

• Import of All default and custom fields including drop down lists
• Import of Contacts, Notes/History, Activities, Sales Opportunities, & Groups
• Match layout of existing ACT database for up to 20 custom fields
• *Additional layout charges may apply for databases with more than 20 custom fields.  These are reviewed on an individual basis.
• *Not included in import: Attached documents, emails, templates (Templates can be copied by SalesNexus for an additional fee of $125 per hour)

Excel Import (no charge for 1st import, $125 per sheet - each sheet or tab in a worksheet counts as a sheet - for subsequent sheet imports)

• Import and mapping of default fields and up to 20 custom fields
• *Additional layout charges may apply for excel files with more than 20 custom fields.  These are reviewed on an individual basis.

Goldmine Import $500 per database

• Import of Contact List, Notes/History, Activities, Sales Opportunities, Groups
• Import of up to 20 custom fields
• Layout changes required to match layout (up to 20 fields)
• *Import and layout changes of more than 20 custom fields are reviewed per database.

Access, Salesforce, & other database software Imports will be assessed and quoted.

Adding more than 20 fields to your layout will involve charges of $125 per hour.
