Bushtec has a team of Inside Sales/Customer Service representatives that had no customer database, no customer contact system, no sales time management tool, no email marketing tool and no campaign reporting tools. Bushtec needed a solution that would solve all of the problems and make it easy for the customer support teams to access and implement.

SalesNexus was chosen as the customer and prospect database for Bushtec. The system is used for customer contact management for the Inside Sales team and is the key tool for measuring sales activity. They also use SalesNexus for their comprehensive email marketing campaigns and to create mailing labels from the database.
