THE PARTNERSHIP

Renova Technology was looking for a cloud-based CRM that was customizable, extremely well supported and would not hold their data captive.

THE CHALLENGE

Renova looked at almost every online CRM on the market. Many were either overkill, or unyielding in adaptability and they couldn’t find what they needed to support their CRM methodology. After a long search and not wanting to find thier data captive by Salesforce the VP of Business Development found SalesNexus Online CRM.

Renova was on the verge of throwing itself across the tracks (I am speaking of the Salesforce.com train), when we discovered SalesNexus. Being the CEO, I was reluctant, but my VP of BD was insistent. We found lead origination, lead generation and the control we needed all in one cloud-based CRM.
