Cannot add or delete values from a drop down list, follow these steps (must be administrator):
Click the Settings icon on the left hand toolbar
Select Define Fields
Locate the field in the list.
Check the Allow Edit List, then click Save.
Be sure there is at least one value in the Drop Down Items list on the right.
