Unable to Find a Field

Cannot find a particular field , follow these steps (must be administrator):

Click the Settings icon on the left hand toolbar

Select Define Fields

Try to locate the field in the list.

If the field appears in the list, then it must not be appearing in the layout. View the Design Layout training video to learn how to add a field to the layout.

If the field does not appear in the list, click Add Field to create the field, then add to the Layout
