Contacts - sync from web to phone and phone to web
Calendar - not supported at this time
Tasks - not supported at this time

Getting Started

  1. Install on your mobile device - this will require you use the sync software that came with your device. (SalesNexus does not support the use of this sync software)
  2. Obtain server and logon details from SalesNexus support - previous subscription to SalesNexus mobile required. Not all subscriptions to SalesNexus web system include SalesNexus mobile access.
  3. Configure Security Settings on web

Important!
Your first sync will probably take several minutes. Be sure you have a strong signal and can do without you phone for an hour or so. For best results, perform your first sync at non-peak business hours. After the 2nd or 3rd sync, subsequent syncs should only take a few minutes.
SalesNexus is not responsible for support of installation or use of the Funambol plugin on your phone. If you have trouble installing the plugin or connecting to the server with the plugin, contact your wireless service provider.

Tips
Personal Contacts - contacts already on your device will be sync'd to the SalesNexus database unless they are marked Personal. All contacts on the device marked Personal are ignored by the syncrhonization process.
