SalesNexus Mobile

Mobile Phones (non-PDAs)


Capabilities
SalesNexus Mobile works with any SyncML compatible mobile phone.
Check with your wireless provider to see if your phone is SyncML compliant.
You'll also need to have wireless data service activated.

Some phones enable 2 way sync of contacts and others only allow sync of contacts from web to phone.

Getting Started

  1. Obtain server and logon details from SalesNexus support - previous subscription to SalesNexus mobile required. Not all subscriptions to SalesNexus web system include SalesNexus mobile access.
  2. Configure Security Settings on web
  3. Enter server and logon information into your Settings or Configuration
  4. Synchronize

Important!
Your first sync will probably take several minutes. Be sure you can do without your phone for an hour or so.
SalesNexus is not responsible for support of installation or use of the Funambol plugin in Outlook. If you have trouble installing the plugin or connecting to the server with the plugin, contact your IT department.
