Capabilities
Contacts - sync from web to phone and phone to web

Tasks - timeless activities can be sync'd from web to phone's task list. Tasks created on phone become timeless activities on web

Getting Started

1. Download Funambol plugin - Pocket PC / Smartphone
   If you are using the web browser on you phone use these links for direct install to phone: Pocket PC / Smartphone
2. Install on your mobile device - this will require you use the sync software that came with your device. (SalesNexus does not support the use of this sync software)
3. Obtain server and logon details from SalesNexus support - previous subscription to SalesNexus mobile required. Not all subscriptions to SalesNexus web system include SalesNexus mobile access.
4. Configure Security Settings on web
5. Enter server and logon information into Funambol plugin
6. Synchronize

Important!
Your first sync will probably take several minutes. Be sure you have a strong signal and can do without you phone for an hour or so. For best results, perform your first sync at non-peak business hours. After the 2nd or 3rd sync, subsequent syncs should only take a few minutes.
SalesNexus is not responsible for support of installation or use of the Funambol plugin on your phone. If you have trouble installing the plugin or connecting to the server with the plugin, contact your wireless service provider.

Tips
Personal Contacts - contacts already on your phone will be sync'd to the SalesNexus database unless they are marked Personal. All contacts marked Personal are ignored by the syncrhonization process.

All activities created on your phone will be assigned to your My Record on the web unless you include the appropriate contact name in the Notes/Details section of the activity using the following syntax: [firstname lastname;]. If there is not a match, the activity will be assigned to your My Record.
