Click the Settings button on the left hand toolbar (only Administrators will see this) Its near the bottom of this toolbar.
The following pop-up window will appear...
Click "Security Settings" under Security and Access Settings (2nd column of options).
You can now click on other usernames to change their Sync Settings. Click Save after completing changes for each username.
