SalesNexus Mobile Sync Settings

CustomizeClick the Settings button on the left hand toolbar (only Administrators will see this) Its near the bottom of this toolbar.

The following pop-up window will appear...

Click "Security Settings" under Security and Access Settings (2nd column of options).

User Sync Settings

  1. Select the username for whom you would like to change sync settings. Their name should be bold.
  2. While this user is selected, put a check under "Con.s/Act.s" for each user for whom you'd like the active user to have data on their device.
  3. In this example, Chris Huffman's device will only have contacts for which Record Manager = Chris Huffman.
  4. If Chris wants to have his own contacts AND Chuck Reese's contacts, we would add a check under "Con.s/Act.s" on the Chuck Reese line.
  5. Click Save to save the settings for the currently active user.

You can now click on other usernames to change their Sync Settings. Click Save after completing changes for each username.
