The Task List displays a list of all scheduled and open (not completed/cleared) activities for a selected user. Find the Task List icon on the left hand toolbar as circled below.

To select a different user's task list, select their name from the User drop down in the upper right of the screen, then click Refresh.
To change the date range, select from the date drop down on the upper left of the screen, then click Refresh.
To sort the list, click on the heading of the column you wish to sort.
To Complete, or Close an activity, click Complete/Clear.
To reschedule or modify an activity without completing it, click View/Edit
To change the columns displayed in your task list, click Columns to View.
To filter the list based for meetings, calls, todos or priority, check the appropriate boxes at the top of the screen, then click Refresh.
