Importing Contacts

Below is a brief description of how the file should look. To learn how to import click here to watch our Training Video.

Our import function requires that your file be in CSV format and that there be no apostrophe's in the file.

Also, be sure that all columns are text columns. This is how your import should look: Excel Import

The Import will allow you to choose which fields you want to check duplicates by. See the screenshot below:

To explain it better. If I was to check the Name and E-mail Address checkboxes, then any contacts in my CSV file that I'm importing that match those fields EXACTLY in the database will not be imported.
