If you're able to reach the logon page and upon entering your user credentials are receiving an "Invalid username or password" message, here are a few things to try:
New customers - If you provided an ACT database for import, your username will be the same as it was in ACT. The password will be blank or empty.
If you've forgotten your username or password, administrators can check and reset usernames and passwords as follows:
Click the Settings icon on the left hand toolbar
Select User Admin
Locate your name in the user list.
Make changes to the password as desired, then click Save.
