Here is what you need to do:

  1. Use the shopping cart to above to upgrade all your accounts.
  2. Select “Upgrade Services” when asked “Select the type of database you would like”.
  3. This will upgrade all your users for an additional year.
  4. We will calculate the amount you have on credit with us from your past service level and add that to the upgraded service term.
  5. You will receive an email confirming your upgrade and letting you know what credit you had with us and your new subscription date.
