SalesNexus July 2025 Release

This update for SalesNexus CRM addresses multiple bugs related to date handling, data import/export, UI interactions, and field formatting, while introducing a new feature for admins to manage and distribute lookups across users. Additionally, an internal tool for support engineers has been enhanced to reflect updated client email server assignments. The changes improve system reliability, user experience, and administrative control.

New Features

Push Lookups (CRM5-549)

Admins can now create, push, edit, and retract lookups to ensure consistent views across users. Features include:

  • Pushing saved lookups to any user.

  • Editing existing lookups and applying changes to all assigned users.

  • Retracting lookups to remove them from users’ lists.

Updated Internal Server Mapping Tool (CRM5-835)

Enhanced the SalesNexus internal tool to display reassigned LC groups and external IPs for clients moved due to violations (e.g., excessive bounced emails), ensuring support engineers have up-to-date email server information.
