2009 is the year to Double Your Sales

I don’t know about you but, I’m REALLY tired of all the doom and gloom we’re hearing these days.

I look around me and I listen to my clients and prospects and I don’t sense the end of the world as we know it.

If you own or work in a small business, you probably know how I feel.  Your future is in your hands.

Over the holidays, I decided to just turn off the news and the pundants.  I got to thinking about how simple it really is to put one foot in front of the other and make things better.

I’m an engineer by training so, I started playing with numbers, formulas and spreadsheets.

I came up with a formula to estimate the improvement in sales that should be expect from taking just a few simple steps to better manage your prospecting and lead processes.

The amazing thing is that no matter how many different scenarios I tried, the results were always amazing.

25%, 50%, 100% and greater increases in sales without mortgaging your home, hiring another sales rep, no major risks at all.  Just a few steps that anyone can take within the space of a week.

So I decided to make it my mission to detail out exactly how to take your business to a new level in the first quarter of 2009.

Over the next few weeks, I’ll be making a series of posts that will show you exactly what you must do to have your business’ sales at least doubled by the end of the year.

Hard to believe I know.  The best part is that it doesn’t involve signing up for my new training program or buying my e-book.  These are all things that you can do without any outside help.

So why would I do this?  What’s in it for me?  I’m not sure but, I think I just need to try and be one more light of hope in the forest of doom sayers.
