SalesNexus September 2025 Release

This release focuses on enhancing API integrations, improving authentication processes, reducing delays in automation workflows, fixing critical bugs in calling and 2FA features, and streamlining user interface elements for better efficiency in the SalesNexus CRM. Key themes include better third-party integrations (e.g., Pushlap, Chargebee, BeeFree/BeeEditor), performance optimizations, and bug resolutions to address user-reported issues on macOS and authentication. The release incorporates customer feedback from Zendesk tickets and internal spikes to ensure reliability and usability.

New Features

Copy Email Address Functionality (CRM5-1158): Users can now click a dedicated copy icon button next to email fields to instantly copy the address to their clipboard, enabling seamless pasting into external applications or emails. This enhances productivity during contact management and outreach.

Improvements to existing features

Reduced Automation Plan Delay (CRM5-1159)

Automation plan campaigns now trigger and send in under 15 minutes (previously ~15 minutes), based on customer feedback. This improves communication timeliness without compromising system performance. The new timeframe is documented and communicated via user notifications.

Streamlined Free Trial Import Process (CRM5-1156)

During free trial setup, the import step has been simplified by removing the option to add imported contacts to groups and the downloadable list of successfully created contacts, reducing clutter and focusing on core onboarding.

Updated BeeFree SDK Authorization (CRM5-1170):

Switched to the latest BeeFree SDK authorization process to support evolving security standards and improve integration stability with email design tools.

Investigation-Driven Enhancements (Spikes):

  • Pushlap and Chargebee API Integration (CRM5-1173): Evaluated API capabilities, identified integration requirements (e.g., authentication flows, data syncing for billing and push notifications), and documented recommendations for future implementation to boost service efficiency.

  • BeeEditor Authentication (CRM5-1169): Investigated and adapted to BeeEditor’s new authentication method, ensuring seamless compatibility for email template editing.

  • New Automation Service Instance (CRM5-1165): Explored dedicated instances for databases with high automation needs, preventing delays from shared resources and improving scalability for multi-tenant environments.

Big Fixes

RingCentral Calling on macOS Devices (CRM5-1157):

Resolved inability to initiate calls from SalesNexus to RingCentral on MacBook Pro, Mac desktop, and MacBook Air. Fixed cross-browser issues (Chrome, Edge) and VOIP settings conflicts; now works reliably across all tested Mac hardware.
