SalesNexus is a robust platform with powerful features for CEOs, founders, sales managers, sales reps and marketers.  Throughout our history, we’ve prioritized making the sales process easier and faster.  We place a high value on feedback from our customers and the result is that SalesNexus has surprisingly “deep functionality” for power users.

Below is a high level overview of the features we’ll be focused on adding and improving in 2025:

Cloud Document Management

Extending our already easy to use Contact Docs feature to include the ability to edit docs, sheets and other documents in the cloud, without needing to download the documents and then upload edited versions.  Features will include sharing and import from other cloud doc solutions like Google Drive.

Email Inbox

SalesNexus will include a full featured cloud email client so that users can manage emails directly in SalesNexus without the need for Gmail or Outlook.

AI Workflows

We’ll be adding AI to every aspect of our platform such as automated A/B testing of campaigns, automatic emailing follow up tasks, emails, etc.

We’ll also integrate workflows so that when a customer emails a document attachment, the document will automatically be added to the customer’s cloud doc folder.  Or when users create new documents for customers, they can instantly send the document as an attachment to the customer all in 2 or 3 clicks, directly in SalesNexus.

Mobilize Selling

We’ll be updating our mobile app to enable all of the above capabilities so that sales people never need to be at a computer.  They can spend all day everyday out in front of customers.
